reduce stress, improve strength and flexibility. 8 Petals Yoga offers a variety of classes and instructors to meet the need of every student.

Stacey Williams is certified with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. She has been practicing yoga since 1987 and began teaching in 199l. Stacey brings energy and enthusiasum to the mat and into the world.

She has concentrated her studies in the past l0 years in the Iyengar tradition, studying with Patricia Walden, John Schumacher, Richard Schachtell and Gloria Goldberg. Students of all lineages are welcome in her classes and workshops.

Beginning Level -	Focus on the basic poses in the Iyengar tradition of alignment, strength and flexibility. The use of props will be used to create a good foundation. Tuesdays @ 9:30am \| Wednesday @ 4:30pm	Class Pricing: Drop in: $15 Punch card: $120 for 10 classes. Punch cards can be used for any classes taught by Susan, Stacey and Becky

Intermediate Level -	For students with 2 years of yoga experience who are willing and ready to refine and work into the classic poses.

Beginning/Intermediate -	In these classes, students who are experienced "mix" with beginners, and there will be times where people are practicing at different levels due to the need to accommodate all who are attending. Tuesdays @ 7:30am \| Thursday @ 7:30am \| Wednesday @12:00

Restorative Yoga -	This class is designed to relax and renew your body and your mind. All the poses are supported, gentle and therapeutic to allow everybody to find ease and comfort in yoga. Thursday @ 9:30am

Schedule Changes:Wednesday 4:30pm class is now an ALL GENDER class and will be a 90 minutes long.
